At ICANDOIT Theatre Group, we believe art has the power to heal, empower, and transform lives. Founded by Neerupama Vadera — an entrepreneur, theatre practitioner, passionate dancer, and actor — the initiative began in 2019 with a clear vision: “Where each life is treasured.”
Since its inception, ICANDOIT has worked with a diverse range of individuals including juveniles, prisoners, abandoned children and adults, cancer survivors and patients, caregivers, individuals battling addiction, senior citizens, and those facing depression. Through drama, role play, storytelling, dance therapy, short skits, street plays, and flash mobs, we create safe spaces that help people express themselves, rebuild self-esteem, and rediscover their inner strength.
One of the most powerful outcomes of our work has been seeing prison inmates who participated in our theatre projects rebuild their lives with dignity and honour. Beyond social impact, ICANDOIT is equally committed to empowering theatre practitioners by offering them part-time earning opportunities, enabling them to support themselves while continuing to follow their artistic dreams.
Through our CSR initiatives, we aim to build a more empathetic, inclusive, and joyful world — one performance, one workshop, and one transformed life at a time.
